VEC’s Public Sector Partners
The Vermont Agency of Commerce & Community Development (ACCD) played a significant role in VEC’s founding. Per VEC’s bylaws, one seat of the Board shall be reserved for the Secretary of ACCD or their designatee. Kristie Farnham, Director of Business Support, currently serves in this position on VEC’s Board.
The Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation’s mission is to preserve, enhance, restore and conserve Vermont’s natural resources and protect human health for the benefit of this and future generations. Sarah Bartlett, Environmental Program Manager & Brownfields Program Coordinator in the Sites Management Section and Brownfields Response Program, currently serves on VEC’s Board.
